Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the product has been shipped.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees that:

  • They are not entitled to a refund after shipment;

  • They have accepted the stated delivery timeframe;

  • Filing unjustified disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Order not shipped;

  • Verified defective product.

Prime Forge reserves the right to dispute any chargeback by providing evidence including:

  • Order confirmation;

  • Proof of shipment;

  • Tracking information;

  • Customer agreement to these terms.
