Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription product, the customer authorizes recurring automatic charges.

The customer is responsible for managing their subscription.

Cancellation must be requested at least 1 day before the next billing date.

Once a charge has been processed, no refunds will be issued.

Prime Forge is not responsible for missed cancellations or failure to cancel within the required timeframe.
