Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.

For subscriptions:
Customers must request cancellation at least 1 day before the next billing date.

Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the charge being processed and considered valid.
